Welcome to RavePirates.com. The website and related services (collectively, the “Services”) are operated by Nevann LLC under the names Arizona Rave Pirates and Rave Pirates (“Rave Pirates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. What Rave Pirates provides

Rave Pirates offers an independent event-discovery directory and may also provide DJ booking, entertainment, event planning, marketing, promotional services, and other offerings. Event listings may come from venues, promoters, public calendars, or user submissions. Unless explicitly identified as an organizer or promoter for a specific event, Rave Pirates is not organizing, producing, or selling tickets for that event.

2. Event information and independent verification

We try to keep event names, dates, times, age guidance, accessibility details, addresses, ticket links, and other listing information accurate, but organizers may change events, cancel them, or update prices and restrictions without notice. Listings are informational, not guarantees. Before traveling or purchasing tickets, confirm the event details with the organizer, venue, or authorized ticket seller.

Listings marked “free,” “family-friendly,” “all ages,” or similar are based on available source information and may be subject to organizer conditions. An unknown price or age restriction is not a confirmation of free admission or unrestricted entry.

3. Tickets, registration, and third-party websites

External ticket and RSVP buttons generally take you to independent services. Their prices, fees, cancellation rules, refunds, terms, and privacy policies control the transaction. Unless clearly stated otherwise, we do not issue those tickets, process those payments, or determine admission requirements. You are responsible for reviewing the third party's current terms before making a purchase.

4. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with our systems, submit misleading or fraudulent event details, impersonate another organizer, upload harmful code, spam users, evade security controls, or violate laws or intellectual-property rights. We may decline, correct, remove, or restrict content or access where reasonably necessary.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use the Services with the involvement of a parent or guardian as appropriate. Individual events may have their own minimum-age requirements.

5. Event submissions and content permissions

If you submit an event, image, description, contact detail, or other material, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it. You grant Nevann LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, format, reproduce, display, and promote that submitted material in connection with the submitted event and Rave Pirates' event-discovery and promotional services. This license does not transfer ownership of your material to us. You may request corrections or removal, subject to legitimate recordkeeping and legal requirements.

Event artwork, logos, performer names, descriptions, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in an independent listing does not imply affiliation or endorsement. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact bookings@ravepirates.com with the relevant URL, the claimed rights, and sufficient information for us to review the request.

6. Our intellectual property

The Rave Pirates brand, original website design, original software, branding, and content created by us are owned by Nevann LLC or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to copy or exploit our proprietary materials except as permitted by law or with our written authorization.

7. Bookings, marketing services, and purchases

Quotes, availability, deposits, cancellation terms, deliverables, and other conditions for DJ, entertainment, event-production, or marketing services may be set out in a separate written agreement or invoice. Any separate agreement controls where it conflicts with these general Terms. If products or services are sold through Shopify, the applicable checkout terms, product disclosures, and posted Return/Refund Policy apply to those purchases.

8. Third-party integrations and social sharing

The Services may offer links to maps, social platforms, music services, and ticket sellers. The use of those services is subject to their independent terms. If you authorize our business-facing Facebook or Instagram integrations, the scope of access and publishing will depend on the permissions you grant, Meta's rules, and any agreement with us. You can request disconnection or deletion of applicable data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis, without a guarantee that listings, links, or website access will always be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of independent organizers, venues, or ticketing providers. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Nevann LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the Services.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend and hold harmless Nevann LLC against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or materials you submit without the required rights, except to the extent caused by our own wrongful conduct.

12. Updates and termination

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. We may suspend or end access to portions of the Services where warranted by misuse or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States law, without limiting any mandatory protections that apply to you under your local law.
