Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of personal information associated with Rave Pirates Social Automation, the Meta application operated by Nevann LLC for Arizona Rave Pirates / Rave Pirates.

Request deletion

1. Email bookings@ravepirates.com with the subject line Rave Pirates Data Deletion Request.
2. Tell us which Rave Pirates service or authorized Facebook Page / Instagram professional account is involved, and describe the information you want removed. Include an account name or profile URL only if needed to locate the relevant records.
3. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you are authorized to make the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or sensitive identification documents by ordinary email.
4. We will review the request, remove or de-identify eligible information under our control, and respond as required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

Disconnecting the Meta integration

If you previously authorized our Meta app to manage a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, you may also revoke that authorization through the relevant Meta business or account settings. The labels and menus can vary by account type. Disconnecting the app stops future authorized access, but you can still contact us to request deletion of data already stored by Rave Pirates.

What we may retain or remove

Depending on how you used the Services, this may include business-account identifiers, approved publishing settings, post drafts, publishing logs, event-submission contact information, or related communications. Public posts already published to Meta and data held directly by Meta or other independent providers may require separate action through those services. We will tell you when we cannot act on data outside our control.
